On September 25th, Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry participated in the 12th Sand and Gravel Aggregate Industry Technology Conference in Hunan. As an executive director unit of the association, Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was represented by its executive president Long Han and Li Jue, who attended and delivered a speech. Demonstrating value through effectiveness: A case study of the "One Yuan Plus" technological transformation project

Sanming Heavy Industry creates tangible value for customers through innovative technology. Taking the East Hope project as an example, Sanming Heavy Industry successfully completed the technical renovation of the sand making building in Phase I and the technical renovation of the sand making building for the newly built mine line in Phase III within seven months, effectively addressing pain points such as low sand production rate, high powder content, and high energy consumption in the production line.

The technical transformation plan shows that replacing the original vertical shaft impact crusher and double-roller sand maker with the VCX536 ultra-fine sand maker will directly reduce energy consumption by 500 kW, saving customers 2 million yuan in electricity bills annually.

Introducing: VHS Sand Making Machine and MF Multi-Function Crusher

New breakthrough in VHS sand making machine: It is not only suitable for sand making from soft rocks such as limestone, but also capable of handling the challenges of sand making from hard rocks such as granite, basalt, diabase, and cobblestones. Compared to the VCX ultra-fine sand making machine, the VHS sand making machine reduces motor energy consumption by 30%, increases production capacity by 20%, and extends the service life of the hammer by 1000%. The finished sand making rate reaches 60-85%, and the grading is continuous without any discontinuity.

After testing, it was found that the core performance parameters of this equipment surpass those of its predecessor in all aspects. The 0-3mm finished sand produced by it fully meets the medium sand standard in Zone 2 of the construction sand standard, with both continuity and particle shape quality meeting the criteria.

Three prominent features of the MF multi-function crusher:

The proportion of crushed stone has increased significantly, resulting in a higher proportion of crushed stone in the finished material;
The crushed stone has excellent particle shape and can meet the high-standard material requirements;
The finished sand produced through crushing has excellent gradation, meeting the standards for medium sand in Zone 2.
The production line occupies 80% less floor space, reduces motor energy consumption by 70%, cuts investment and operating costs by 60%, and boosts production by 30%.
