Breaking the mold | VHS sand making machine shockingly launched, ushering in a new era of sand making
For a long time, sand making from hard rock has been a pain point and challenge in the industry. Traditional equipment faces many issues such as low sand yield, high energy consumption, excessive powder content, and discontinuous grading. To overcome these challenges, Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry, after years of technological accumulation and innovative research and development, has launched a new all-domain lithology sand making machine: VHS sand making machine, bringing a revolutionary breakthrough to high-quality sand making!
The VHS sand making machine combines the advantages of hammer crushers, impact crushers, ultra-fine sand making machines, and other equipment, achieving significant breakthroughs in sand making yield, power consumption and energy saving, resource utilization, powder content control, and continuous grading, truly realizing the production goals of high efficiency, energy saving, and high-quality sand making. At the same time, it adopts ultra-strong wear-resistant technology, which increases the lifespan of core components by up to 1000%, significantly reducing the labor cost of replacing parts in the later stage. It is suitable for processing granite, basalt, pebbles, diabase, dolomite, limestone, and bluestone for sand making, meeting the high-quality sand requirements of building materials, high-speed railways, commercial concrete stations, and other industries.
1. The energy consumption of the motor is reduced by more than 50%
The VHS sand making machine adopts a single-motor integrated design, effectively reducing internal friction. With a motor power of 280-315 kW, compared to a vertical shaft impact crusher with the same production capacity, the motor power is reduced by 315-350 kW, and the energy consumption of the motor during later operation is reduced by 50-55%. This can reduce costs and increase efficiency for equipment users.
II. The yield of sand production has increased by over 60%
The VHS sand making machine adopts a brand-new five-stage crushing chamber with an advanced structure, optimizing the striking angle of the crushing chamber for stone materials. The rotor speed of the equipment is adjustable through frequency conversion, and its performance has been improved. In the field of hard rock sand making, it can achieve a finished sand making rate of 60-80%, with a production capacity of 80-170t/h and a high sand making efficiency.
III. Reduce the powder content by 10 percentage points
It supports sand making with a variety of materials, featuring adjustable crushing chamber gaps, precise control of grading ratio, a finished product roundness ratio of >0.82, reasonable grading, and significantly reduced powder content.
IV. Finished sand particles are round and smooth
The VHS sand making machine has a leading edge in the quality and particle shape of finished sand. Its finished sand has a circularity rate of >0.82, with low needle-like and flaky content, and the particle shape is full and round.
V. Continuous and uninterrupted gradation


The VHS sand making machine effectively addresses the issues of uneven particle size distribution and lack of continuity in traditional sand making processes, preventing concrete segregation caused by discontinuous grading.
