Recently, a 5 million ton/year e processing production line in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, supplied with complete crushing equipment and technical support by Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry, has successfully completed full-line comming and trial operation with material, entering smooth production. The entire production chain features clear division of labor and strong adaptability, utiliz combination of Jaw Crusher VF Impact Crusher to establish a benchmark for short-process, high-efficiency production: - Coarse crushing with deep-chamber jaw crusher: Processes laoulders with a high reduction ratio, no clogging, and stable operation, completing preliminary size reduction. - Mud removal screening: Effectively separates ore from mud and clay impurities, significaning material mud content. It provides clean raw materials for subsequent crushing, screening, and sand-making processes, reducing blockages, jamming, and excessive wear on equipment. - Dual-purpose VF Impact Crusher: Relying on impact crushing principles, it effectively breaks up materials and modifies aggregate shape based on the high hardness and rounded nature of boulders.
