Documentary of welder skill improvement training: Perseverance and growth under high temperatures

The scorching sun of August bakes the earth, and the temperature inside the welding workshop has surpassed 40 degrees Celsius. Stepping into the workshop, one is greeted by a heat wave mixed with the burning smell of metal, and the buzzing sound of welding machines echoes in the ears. In this season where even breathing feels scorching, a group of welder trainees with dreams are writing their growth stories with sweat......

In the early morning, the lights in the workshop were lit. The early-arriving students entered one after another. They kept in mind the key points of the lesson and constantly reviewed various welding parameters and operational essentials. After being soaked in sweat, they left deep and shallow marks in the students' hearts.

As the sun gradually rose, the temperature in the workshop kept climbing. Inside the thick work clothes, sweat kept sliding down the back, leaving dark stains on the overalls. The hands in the protective gloves had long been soaked white by sweat, but the grip on the welding torch remained steady. The eyes behind the mask were always fixed on the weld seam, revealing a persistent pursuit of skill.

In the scorching summer, one can always see a few figures still busy in the workshop. They are either squatting on the ground to study welding samples, gently tracing the perfect weld seam with their fingers, or standing in front of the operation table repeatedly adjusting parameters, trying to find the optimal welding solution. Sweat drips down their chins onto the hot steel plate, instantly turning into a wisp of white smoke, but it cannot shake their determination to weld iron.

After a tough morning of training, the progress made by the trainees is heartwarming. The weld seams have become straight and uniform, and the awkwardness and hesitation during operation have disappeared. The sweat drips bear witness to their transformation. The worn gloves and the repeatedly wet and dry work clothes are the most authentic medals on this journey of growth.

Welding training continues, and the glow of the welding torch still flickers in the workshop. In this hottest season, these ordinary welding trainees are demonstrating through their simplest actions that true growth is always forged in sweat!
