In the sand and gravel aggregate industry, equipment stability and finished product quality directly affect the efficiency of the entire production line.
Recently, Sanming Heavy Industry successfully solved the thorny problems of the Fengdu production line of Chongqing East Hope Group with innovative technology and the "One-Yuan + Service System", proving with its strength that true technology can withstand market scrutiny.
The 20 million-ton annual production line for sand and gravel aggregates at the Fengdu base of East Hope Group has encountered a major equipment bottleneck:
The originally adopted six sand making equipment from competitors had quality issues, leading the production line into difficulties. Specifically, the equipment exhibited poor reliability: frequent mechanical failures such as hammer head drop and insufficient rotor strength resulted in high downtime for maintenance; the finished product quality did not meet standards: the sand making efficiency was low, the stone powder content was severely excessive, and the finished product gradation did not comply with the concrete sand standards; production capacity was severely limited: the actual output significantly deviated from the design target, affecting overall production efficiency.

To turn the tide, Dongfang Hope Group has introduced Sanming Heavy Industry's "One-Stop + Service System" to carry out technical renovations on the sand making system. After replacing the original equipment from competitors with the VCX ultra-fine sand making machine, the results were immediate:
After undergoing professional technical transformation services, the production line has achieved a qualitative leap:
• The operational stability of the equipment has been significantly improved, addressing mechanical failure issues
• The sand making efficiency has been significantly improved, and the stone powder content has been effectively controlled
• The finished product has excellent particle shape, and its gradation fully meets the standard for Zone 2 of machine-made sand
