Traversing the Wuling Mountains, one can hear the roar of the Yangtze River. Located in Hefeng County, Enshi, Hubei Province, this site is the construction site of Section 8 of the newly-built Yichang-Fuling High-Speed Railway.
To achieve efficient synergy between resource recycling and engineering construction, the gravel yard project for Hefeng Station in the Hubei section of the newly-built Yichang-Fuling High-Speed Railway is being constructed as scheduled. The complete set of equipment for this gravel yard is provided by Chongqing Sanming Heavy Industry, designed to meet high standards of economic efficiency, environmental protection, energy conservation, high efficiency, intelligence, and safety. The coarse crushing process adopts a semi-submerged design, utilizing natural terrain to reduce footprint and rationally arrange the production line.
The PEW jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing, featuring a deep-cavity electromechanical integrated structure that ensures no dead zones in crushing, high productivity, low power consumption, and durability.
The VF-type impact crusher is selected for secondary crushing due to its high proportion of crushed stone, high output, and good particle shape, which lays the foundation for the quality of the finished crushed stone aggregates.
Equipped with a UZL vertical shaft impact crusher for shaping, it significantly reduces the needle-like content of crushed stone.
Equipped with a VCX ultra-fine sand making machine for fine crushing, it achieves energy saving and consumption reduction, precise powder control, and produces high-quality finished sand with round particles and excellent grading, meeting the high standards for materials used in high-speed railways.
The DYS double-shaft vibrating screen is used for graded screening, and the water washing process, stone powder silo, and finished aggregate storage silo are designed.
